CVBN. I like this acronym. Those four pesky keys at the bottom of the keyboard that were used to switch to Luxor, Morkin, Corleth and Rorthron.

I think that NE would be only reasonable place.

Funny, I thought I was having a bad NE experience in Four Corners!? Who has all the allies? I don't mind SW. Started Midnight in Texas near Gard and headed North to recruit CVBN and from there played the classic LoM recruiting game. Sorry, not Four Corners, but game 34, the name escapes me.

I think that NE would be only reasonable place. I must say I did extremly well starting in NE, but I only started there once and I might have been lucky. However, there seems to be space for another lord at the keep of Ithril.

I think an acronym is a word made up of initials or parts of another word, e.g. RADAR, RAF. CVBN isn't really a word, so I guess it's just initials. Anyone know a fancy word for initials?

They're in! Yes there are two of them. One existing minor lord has had to move to a new start location to make way for a new lord, but as I gave him some extra riders he did not mind.
Only for new games though. Please don't all create a new game just to find them though, try 3 or 4 players!

PS. I hope that you won't be playing tonight!!! ;D

Really, shouldn't Lord Blood be Targ?

That's a really awful idea, as far as I'm concerned.

Well, there's all plains and space around the man... and my Targ could use some help... let's hope the Xmas lord is actually a female Targ...

I always thougt Blood was something like Count Brass, or what was his name, from Moorthingys Runestaff.

I know what you mean... To change him into Targ would change his "feel". But not his personality. He was always a bit wild, and real tough, in LoM anyway, wasn't he?
I suppose the question is for balance:
More Targ lords? Replace existing lords rather than create new.
If the Targability is going to involve superior mobility over plains (and downs? I checked the Abilities of races thread, no word from J-Y on this), then include Tuhr, Ogrim, Athoril, and something down on the downs of Brith.
Then again, one of the things that made LoM cooler than DDR was those four special characters. Just one Utarg was better than all thirty-two barbarians in DDR put together.
What is the opinion?
More lords of each race to give balance, or fewer to keep them special?
