When looking to trade with SERENITY, choose one of their members listed in the first page who offer the resourses you need. Then contact him directly and do the trade! As to shipments, you can do like Maroc and use the Central Store System if its convenient.

I think we still are in the building phase of our IK existence, so what we need is to get more resources, or buy them. I can't imagine what we could offer them, except gold for goods.

You might find Stone throwers quite profitble. And if you dont want the gold you could always exchange them for resourses. 100 ST will get you 4300 lumber and some change. More than enough to rebuild another 100 (costing 1000 lumber. profit=3300 lumber (and some change)=4950gold at current trade rate)

Actually I did my maths wrong
You dont need lumber for Stone Throwers so the outcome of a presumabe trade for STs could work out like this: 100 ST (6500 gold) in excange for 5100 gold; 1000 stones (200gold) and 800 lumber (1200 gold).
The value of gold and stones is to cover expensis to make another 100 STs. Profit 1300 gold which in the example above is transformed in 800 lumber and an extra 100 gold.
You can do it anyway you want it. (more lumber than gold; more stone than gold or just everything in gold...)
And anyway, how fast can you build those 100 ST again with a 20 lv barracks?

I havent tried that deal yet! I am trading 100 STs with xalthorn for a mixed of resourse based on the price table.
As to how the deal is done:
All offers posted on 1st page are sent to Matteo. Matteo posts our offers in their forum (just as I do here). I then wait to get contacted by somebody from [Serenity].
When the offer has been accepted we do the deal (in my case I ask for mixed resourses which has been accepted up till now).
He sends his fleet report to me, I send him mine. Because of distance I see his fleet 2 hours before income, he sees mine right away!

Its really up to you on how to do the deal. The good part is that they have a good impression on [Morkin] members and seem to trust us. Therfore they have been quite flexible with me regarding delievery (I sometimes do not have all the boats to send the whole merchandise, and they do not pressure you in any way).

If you have anything to offer please post it here so I can send it to Matteo. You´ll get an answer pretty quickly.

Or do the opposite! You´re looking for a cat and Xalthorn has some to offer. Just post him and ask to trade for it in exchage for stone throwers.
I´ll wait for your final decision before submitting your offer.
