Come on Matija! ;D I've never played Citadel grab, hope 12 citadels isn't a silly number to choose!  ;D Why does it say capture 4 citadels, I chose 12? I think I need to read the manual again! ;D |

You probably selected the tutorial scenario where there aren't more than 4 citadels.
In LOM 12 was the number before in beta 2 it became the game creator's choice.
