An all-inclusive battle report for the night. It is easy to miss some unexpected attacks, not to mention attacks on keeps and citadels.
With a summary: you lost X men, enemy1 lost Y men, enemy2 lost Z men ...

I agree that the log is quite hard to read. As think provides a new window, why not make the new window bigger. Also there's no need to open the battlelog to a textbox, it could be on normal html, in a simple table. You Attacked | | Casualties | | | Attacker | Victim | Men | Horse | Lord | Shendemiar | Perun | 5490 | 2341 | Slain | Shendemiar | Natmus | 5 | 2 | Lives | | Totals | 5495 | 2343 | 1 |
You Were Attacked | | Casualties | | | Attacker | Victim | Men | Horse | Lord | Perun | Shendemiar | 5 | 2 | Lives | Natmus | Shendemiar | 5 | 2 | Lives | | Totals | 10 | 4 | 0 |

A table of battles has been raised before, and it's one I like. I wasn't sure though whether players would find it too clinical, as opposed to the more long-winded textual description. What do others think?

For me, the most important is that all battles that occured during the night can be viewed together. The form isn't so important, but some statistics would be nice.

Matija, I think that that should be fairly easy to do (I know that it is!). Let me get the bugfixes seen to, then I will look at this as a fairly high priority, as it would add a lot to making it easier to keep track of what's going on. Thanks for the suggestion

A table report might look a bit clinical, but currently it is impossible to comprehend how a battle went, if it was a big one.

A table report might look a bit clinical, but currently it is impossible to comprehend how a battle went, if it was a big one. A summary could be expressed as stylish sentences, and a link to statistics.
