This is one for the careless. 
When transferring stores from a caravan to a keep, it is possible to transfer 60 stores to a keep, which then discards the 40 surplus without warning.
To retain consistency, a warning should appear that the transfer would take the stores at the keep beyond the maximum allowed, and the transfer should be rejected. This would bring things into line with troop transfers and stores consumption.
