You probably all know this already, but I only stumbled across it yesterday and I plan on updating all my scripts as a result: the __LINE__ constant returns the current line of execution, so if you do the following on an SQL call for example, you have a quick way of finding your way to the error without having to do searches within your scripts: $result = mysql_query($query) or die(mysql_error() . "<p>$query</p>Error at line " . __LINE__); Veru useful
