I just had a huge slice of english fruitcake. Compact! As for pork, take a piece of sirloin, whole and around 1.5kg, and dip it in 2 litres of red wine and garlic overnight, with darjeeling tea leaves. In themorning, add olive oil and some noisettes of vegetable fat on top, and two whole onions. To the oven for two hours, with potatoes. Add milk every 10 minutes to make sure it stays loose and forms a sauce. Serve with rye bread.

The potatoes go only for the last hour or so. I've had SO GREAT potatos in Portugal i remember them yet, even i was like 11 or something when i had them. So soft so sweet.... Almost like somekind of sweet fruits...
