Not in any of the games I've been playing.

Seeing as JY is going to be deleting all the games soon, can someone: (a) tell me what on earth has been happening in this game - I mean, have you guys actually been fighting each other, or have we all just been wondering around in the desert doing nothing? (Midnight doesn't actually have any deserts does it though...) I had a little skirmish with some of Ringy's forces many, many days ago, but he ran away (or did something tactically impressive involving leaving, hard for me to say really.) (b) come and try to kill me? I'm in danger of thinking I might be in a position to win this one and need the smile wiped off my face! ;D

Well if you played more often... I have no idea either in this game. My troops are scattered. My journal empty. Hasn't Ringy resigned from this one though?

Really??? And I didn't even notice! Just checked - he resigned on the 2nd of April!!!! And didn't even mention it!!!!! Is that why all his troops mysteriously disappeared when I was trying to kill them? And there was me thinking he'd headed off into the woods or mountains, and altered my tactics accordingly. Humph. Well obviously there has been very little fighting going on (I thought the two of you might be kicking each other in the North but obviously not). My troops are quite well consolidated in the South - have just found a little patch of yours on plains of Blood and assuming most of them are further North, Doom Square or something. What do you want to do? Carry on? Actually try to find each other and have a battle? Call it a draw, which would be a shame I think given as for once I'm probably in the superior position? You could surrender if you want... Funnily enough it turns out in the other game I'm playing it was exactly the same thing (without the unknown resignation) - none of us had been fighting at all but I think each one though the other two were having a war. This may be one of the flaws of three-player games.

This may be one of the flaws of three-player games. Yes, there is one great feature from the original game missing, Jean-Yves, and that is the nightly report of where the Bloody Sword of Battle (or whatever) has been drawn during the night. I remember it beng on of the exiting things to observe after ending a turn, the names coming up and comparing that to where you had left your forces the day before. This feature could tell players if the others actually were fighting or not I'll check out the suggestions section, and if this hasn't been requested/suggested, I'll just put it there, okay?

Hello there Mr Dwarf. How very obliging of you to march across the plains of blood to attack my large refreshed army at Lake Blood. Farflame had to fly (not wasting him on this encounter), but the remainder are very keen to show you some good ol' fashioned hospitality. And Monsieur Corleth. Out a-scouting. Very dangerous near a foul army. Lucky for you I ran out of hours just next to you! Run little fey, run! You may have more troops Marie, but they appear to be somewhat scattered...

Oh well, I have another dwarf.
"Appear" - yes, useful word, that. Synonym, "seem". Well I suppose there are a few loose ones here and there. But probably not as many as you'd like...

What, you mean that rabble at Gard? Humph!
Sorry about Corleth, by the way. I'm sure that you didn't really want a spy in that area, so I removed him for you.

Yes, of course the rabble at Gard, they are the only Lords that I have.
Thank you for ridding me of the troublesome Corleth. I wouldn't want to accidentally find out where you are, or anything.

My pleasure little sister, my pleasure. If you have any additional troublesome scouts, just send them up to gorgrath

Are you resigning this one? No problem if you want to.

Yeah, I guess. Kind of run out of steam. I'm intrigued as to how it would have gone though - can you look inside the game and guess what would have happened?

Hard to say. I had a superior number of men and lords, but not by much. Could have gone either way if one of us had had a lucky break somewhere. Here's the breakdown (total number of men in brackets - includes garrisons).
Call it a draw?

I'm happy to. Your tactics would probably have won it for you but it's nice to think I was in with a decent chance!

Please could you click on the Resign button so that the game becomes inactive, since 0.1 doesn't have the Abandon Game button.
Thanks
