I agree because it looks like we're not doing much right now.
And Pantheon has messaged me interested in helping out. So...I can gather a couple of people in pantheon and get them to work so our operations are efficient. But we need a plan. I thought Operation Rolling Blitzkrieg was going well...
I'm going to bed now. So an admin that sees this should act and possibly assign targets. We don't want to seem like a dead horse either.
I know we're probably trying to anger DIGG so that they start attacking us...thing is, they won't attack if we don't organize something properly.
I know some Old Morkin are probably attacking on their own now, but don't forget that we have about 40+ other people that need direction.
Dalfiatach, Null, McGoogus, and I are willing to continue this operation and organize it if necessary. Haha Yeah I just volunteered you guys.

It would also be useful for people like me. Mostly because I can get long-range help from people in the older oceans to clear an island, and then I can focus on scorching islands in o32. I don't have the fleets to take the whole ocean on by myself (I wish), but I can lay waste with some help.

Personally I am concentrating on a small number of targets, this is going to be a long war so I want to preserve my fleets where possible and am therfore only risking small numbers of ships at the moment. As you point out the goal is to get DIGG to attack us back, they wont bother if we waste our fleets on their defences. I've 6k plus spears on most of my islands and I want to use them as well as the stone walls they are behind, let DIGG bleed to death on our shores for a change. This was will rumble on for months potentially, we need to be prepared for that if we want to harbour any hope of "winning" the battle rather than the war. Having fought with Morkin against overwhelming odds in the past on .co.uk I can tell you this war is winnable.

How about we stick with rolling blitzkrieg in that we hit all targets at a set time, like Dalfy originally posted. Heres my slant,
Break down in to ocean/location based groups defined in the dig war folder and attack random nearby targets. We also need the hit time to change, if we always hit on 4 hours it will become predictable and to some extent defendable.
With the added advantage that anyone who has not got a designated target sends out spies to nearby targets to hide the target or groups with other unassigned to attack another target.
We also only want to attack to draw fire from DIGG. targeting their weaker defended isles will cost us less in the short term.
We don't want to blow our load in a week as like Skulks said this could take a month

I wonder why JRo hasn't responded in any way. We have smashed a good handfull of his isles, but no word or measly spy has been sent in repsonse. He fleetsaved like crazy on the hit isles, so he is around.
Why are DIGG keeping this so low-key?

I'm attacking in Ocean 12 with some Pantheon players. Cosmicgirl is trying to kick Digg from 12. I'm happy to help as I seem to be miles from everything anyway.

This could be a reason We still can and maybe should. Something short and sweet. Say we were quibbling over wording.

Well I like a good organized plan, but I'm kinda going with the flow here. I've been leveling weak ocean 43 isles goldmines and storehouses, then letting DIGG dump stonies on the isles to rot. I'm also hitting Nohitter in ocean 12. I may actually colo there if all goes well. But my personal overall goal is to just be a pain in ocean 43, hold out in oceans 42, 34, and 33, and get DIGG out of oceans 12 and 21. I've got stuff going to in all those places.

I'm confused myself. There doesn't seem to be any co-ordination on this war now, it's collapsed into a free-for-all. And that just won't work. I don't see any discussion anywhere on abandoning the rolling blitzkrieg, it was just unilaterally announced by Shen. Sure, alter the concept to a rolling blitzkrieg of particular areas rather than purely random if the alliance agrees, but to just drop a plan and have nothing at all to replace it is a bit silly. I altered the format, not the basic idea.

All areas just needs targets. One target at a time for each ocean. No cryptic deadlines and multiple waves.

Alright.
Who is picking targets? When are we attacking these targets and when are we choosing new ones?
And...we should probably have an admiral per ocean to do this.

Someone needs to pick, attack immediately, coordinate amongst themselves, move to next when its dealt with. Its still rolling thunder, but simplified and easier to people to follow and commit.
Local admirals to pic targets and make people participate is something that should be done.
