I had to go "no" for the time being. But it is a "soft no".

With Pantheon urging everyone else to stay out, the Orcs having brought this upon themselves to a degree, and DIGG intent to stay out, I fear we may be joining the side of the slaughtered.

The winds of public opinion are a stalemate at best - indeed Pain is making headway when he says everyone's hands are soiled to one degree or another, and this appears as politically motivated as morally.

That said, if others feel more strongly and are intent to roll the dice on this one, I will give everyone a run for their money in regards to kill-counts

While I don't think we should necessarily fight this war, there are two points I'd really like to see come out of it all.

1) The ORCs should NOT be allowed to be wiped out completely (or enough that they simply want to all quit ala E|S)
2) We (along with our allies, the server, who knows) should make a stand and say we won't tolerate this kind of multiple account buying/merging in the future. While many hands may already be dirty, lets wipe things clean, and say from this point on. While we may choose not to aid in destroying Rhino and his accounts this time around, we shouldn't let it happen again. If we make the statement now, everyone has the warning, and will know what to expect should it ever arise again.

Perhaps we need to go as far as saying it will be treated like multi-ism, and perhaps the MK-5 group would be involved as well. For the sake of the servers health in the future, I think something along these lines needs to be done. Just as multi's ruin the server experience, so too will the purchasers of multiple accounts, if we continue to leave it unchecked.

Well I just set this up to delay the avalanche. I'm sure we will go to war over this, but not like this, not like running like headless chickens.

We have become too used to these "quick wars" since they have gone so well. But its bad way to wage war and eventually it'll lead to defeats.

Since we act so closely together and people sacrifice alot for the common cause the least we could do is to prepare a little bit better. Planning, organizing and stuff.

So, the quickwar is off, but the cunning, planned war is not.

I voted yes on the following conditions:

We get more evidence of Rhinokiller and his multi accounts.

We target only those accounts.

We get the Orcs to agree to stop "Bullying" new players in return for helping them.

We should announce things like this beforehand, and just be strong enough. That'll prevent 100 times more things like this happening than erratically declaring wars allover the place every time we feel Merda! has happened.

Thanks, and to be honest, of all the times this type of thing may come up, Rhino is starting to sound like a fairly upstanding kind of guy, despite his actions. This whole issue could be much worse if a real a**hole had done the same thing.

Regardless I think we really need to announce a stance on this (perhaps try and get some ally support as well). We may or may not fight Rhino over it (because as has been said, every alliance is dirty with this type of thing), but in the future, we'll have it to fall back on.
