Well, it seems that some people don't want to go to war and like Clause mentioned, time goes by without action.

So, perhaps Morkin members willing to participate can join ORC and coordinate with them?

By the time we decide anything, the ORCs might be over with.

We haven't fully exhausted diplomatic means yet. So far I've been talking (or trying to talk to) rhino and Orc; I'll contact FOIMP next.

These plans are important to exist, but our primary target will be rhino and only after that anyone who gets involved.

Think the idea of this was to remove the the threat from ocean 14 before they had chance to even mobilize.
