You misinterpreted Gornal. For now Shendemiar will deal with it. If things get dificult he'll ask for a diplomat to assist.
This is just to keep thing under some control, and not having too many people start stepping over each other, but it is very important that you voice your opinion here. As always this forum is the place where we give ideas, support or spit on eachother etc... SO that should not change.
As for this affair, I think we should act according to our principals of fairness, and not deliberatly provoke then with stupid offers. It'll make us turn Orcish, and I for one am a good looking Morkin warrior.

Would definately be fun to give them a taste of their own medicine but in the long term we could do with keeping or principles and fairness.

I agree with Inyati, I don't want to turn into the Orcs. Is the "Too many chiefs in the kitchen a reference I don't get, or should it have been "chefs" in the kitchen"?

The original is "For mange kokke fordærver maden", but that's a lot like what you wrote Ruku

It was a reference like that I was expecting, but I've never heard it before, so I was wondering if I missed something

"Too many chiefs, not enough indians". "Too many chefs in the kitchen". Both are expressions that hit to the point of too many leaders pulling in too many different directions. I just like to merge the two into "Too many chiefs in the kitchen". Makes me chuckle when people get confused by it.

You can perfect the confusion by changing 'chiefs' to 'indians': Too many indians in the kitchen (which roughly means the same as my post in Danish above. )
