I see no point for Morkin and Luxor, or Lorgrim, in my opinion they should merge, while KoM would remain and proven and established KoM'ers could occasionally be promoted to Morkin.

Can I suggest that when KoM moves back to KoM that the following members stay back:

FreiZ
Conkeror
Shuriyuken

All 3 of those members have proven themselves to be worth of the promotion.

Digital, what about other certain members who's lack of participation during the Orc war put them on a chopping block? Are we gonna do anything about that? Also, if Morkin, FoM and Corleth are to merge, perhaps we should consider sending a few of our more inactive members to KoM.

Oh, and one more thing. Do we necessarily think that being on top of the rankings is a safe place?

Edit: Also, we would loose the psy advantage of the Mighty Morkin Merge.

It would be for inner clarity not for Rankings. Id prefer smaller alliance anyways.

Currently or in general.

In general I hate 'advantages' that have no steel behind them. They are like pointing a cellphone towards police officers who are yelling "put the gun down".

So in my books its not a loss of any kind.

Well there are 3 members in KoM that are being kicked once we merge back.

If someone can give me the names of those who have not participated in the Orc/Rahein wars then I'll review them on a case by case basis.

I never thought i'd say it but with pantheon and digg starting to break up into smaller alliances i don't think its a good idea for us to all stay as one alliance. Theres no real advantage to us being at the top of the ranks list but there are a lot of very real disadvantages.

Morkin should go back to being elite, Luxor should keep its original members plus the additional ones that have proved themselves, KoM should go back to its original state minus promoted members.

As for Corleth I think they should go back to be black ops and anyone who moved there during the digg situation should move back to their respective alliances.

I've already stated that we should go back to our 3 (4) alliances and I'd rather do it sooner than later.

Agreed, and if we split it might give Digg the impression we aint gonna persue and maybe demoralize the Pantheon camp.

I just think that its against what we've just asked DIGG to do, they could see it as very hypocritical (even though we aren't on the same scale)

I also agree with Digital, even though it was nice to be invited to Corleth for a bit
