Hey Shen just a quick question, is there anyway to get around this situation; Say I look up an isle near me that has just gone rulerless I only want my offensive isles showing (I have about 50:50 offensive:defensive) is there anyway to get rid of my defensive isles that just complicate trying to minimise the time I have to sit at the computer to coincide an attack?

I dont know if this has been asked before but while your altering bits on it, would it be possible to have the passwords so we can set our own ? I seem to have to log in every time i want to look at it and i can never remember the pass, so i end up searching for it every time. I know its not a huge priority but i thought i'd ask.

Exalt for a brilliant idea. I find it a headache to have to look up the password every time I go from home to work...

Yes it should have that capability, as well as functioning email for notifications of all sorts. Meanwhile, allow cookies and/or use some real browser like firefox that can remember your passwords.

Is there a way to compile all of my attacks into a list so that I can search them for a specific attack that occurred during the E|S war?

Is there a way to compile all of my attacks into a list so that I can search them for a specific attack that occurred during the E|S war? I'm not adding any new features to the ogreview database, but i can do feature like this to the new database. If its urgent & important, i can extract all your attacks from the database quite easily.

It is not urgent. I have been getting mails from someone that I think I attacked during the war. I was just curious about how much damage I caused him.

I am not even sure I made an attack against him. It was peterP and he took an island that DIGG sent a bunch of stonies to, so I sent a suicide fleet there to help reduce the size of the stonies. It's all just a matter of curiosity. I don't need the info.

Can we start entering our isles main pages?
Or is this something you're still working at? I've logged in a couple of times to see what nice tools you have and today I clicked something in the clickable map jobs and my name appears 3:13 - Sol I don't know what that means. hahaha I probably shouldn't have clicked that...dammit.

Anything can already be entered yes, but theres not much tools yet to use the data submitted. I'm working on it each night, and questions like this give me and extra boost.
And yes, the clickable map jobs are to be clicked. It scans the region to the database for that day, and as soon as its scanned all the data can be examined... if there were any tools to do it ;D
Hover over the "i" icon to get help for any page.

Awesome. I'll figure it out...
I'll be honest, I read the help icon and I don't get what the clickable jobs are for. I see that the database scans for unruled isles and I see that those are listen on the right:
Unruled isles found:1:2:1 2:8:19 11:60:5 11:60:14 12:23:11
But what does clicking on the isle group do? Scan that isle group for unnamed isles after midnight? And, curious Sol clicked on 2 of these to see what happened, lol, but how can I undo this? or does this get undone after midnight?
So many questions... One last thing, once we enter our main pages, we are the only ones that can view them? Or is this like the old database where we decide who gets access?

Heh heh...
As we agreed, we scan all the game map each day and store all that info. Very useful. It's done automatically, but if you want to hasten it, you can go there and do some clicking. For example if you want to see the unruled isles at your region right after midnight GMT.
