I like the idea of just sticking with Triumvirate. It is, after all, very Hitchhiker. Adds to the legend a bit, I think.
Quartet? Quadvirate? Quad? Meh. Rubbish.
I do like Morkin & Sons (Est. 1984) though.

"The Morkin Empire of Pantheons of Heroes and Militias with Honour and Force, Not Found, Dig it?"
Shortened to 'Morkin', which includes all past, present, and future branches.

The problem with using Morkin is distinguishing between [Morkin] and 'Morkin' as a whole. Personally I favour either Quartet or perhaps Quang; I like the latter since it has part of the 'four' element quad yet also hints at the "rule of quasi-autonomous non-governmental organizations". That and it's only one syllable to say and rhymes with 'gang' as inyati said. Added; it also ryhmes with 'wang'

I don't like the name "Quartet" we sound like some kind of folk band. As for eproxy's latter idea I always knew he was into Quangs.

When I think quartet I picture four of our Simpson avatars playing in a string quartet. I like that. It would need to be pasted onto all our alliance pages and in game profiles to get the message around. Plus, the score update is at midnight GMT and that could mean that we're always there in the top alliances.

Apart from the fact that calling ourselves 'lords' may seen pretentious I quite like the idea of being a Lord of Midnight.
