If you were in FoM then you keep the FoM ribbon, same as I have a Morkin ribbon from when I was in Morkin before forming FoM.

Its your baby. You can always ameliorate them. Is that yellow background? Try Gold, or Khaki, or Goldenrod. A bit darker and might not stand out too much.
But feel free to use your judgement. If you do feel like changing the whole set message me and we can have them easily substituted.

Added; it is not that I don't like FoM I just want only two status ribbons, you could always just replace the status ones with;

FoM - High Admiral
Islands - Expander 3 (FoM edition)

As Skulkrinbait said, you keep the id. of all the alliances you have been part of. But if you do insist, its your lammeta and are free to use it as you wish (as long as you'r not asking for something that your not).

As for the last part, I dont quite understand. You are in KoM, not in Luxor (FoM), and an administartor of the alliance. Unlike the award ribbons, the status ribbons are ment for identification, so should resemble who and where you are.
