Motif:
1. a recurring subject, theme, idea, etc., esp. in a literary, artistic, or musical work.
2. a distinctive and recurring form, shape, figure, etc., in a design, as in a painting or on wallpaper.
3. a dominant idea or feature: the profit motif of free enterprise.

a single or repeated design or color
shendy,
for example , the background design in the morkin medal, blue with White stripe, that would be a Motif as it is constant across almost all morkin only related medals
for Fom/Luxor it would be the green with white stripe
I can't think of any RL ones to use, but I think this should explain it for you. I also don't know what your native language is ( excuse my ignorance) so I can't translate

Shendemiar has a ribbon that is not described when I hover my cursor over it.
ribbon is a blue field with a yellow circle.
Is it a special ops ribbon and therefore can not be described. Such knowledge would ensure my death.
