I concur Arminius, but if DIGG dont want to colonise then let [FOIMP] take it.
The war started 2 days ago and he has lots 3 islands. At this rate he wont have any colonies in 13/14 days.....thats too long to wait, as we are slowly loosing resourses to feed this war, and he has time to rally allies and counter attack.
