1.I'm currently, alone. I'm not in an allaince, and I could be a help. Plus, There are many FOM players around me.

3. I have no idea what IK history is, i have not been in wars, and i only have one friend named hishaloness
4. I let weak players live, I don't steal there resources. and I haven't done anything bad

He wants us to fight Ooghak for him, I do have sympathy with him and he speaks good English for a Korean (I think) which may explain his username.

It's a no from me but perhaps we can offer him an unofficial peace treaty, so he knows FoM will leave him alone, which we would do anyway.

I'm going to ask Oogahk to stop attacking him.

To be fair he did get his mines to level 20 without having defence (by the sounds of it...). Being fair again though he is seemingly a 'newb'. Personally I think if he doesn't already have defence/colonies he's going to find it exceedingly hard.

Oh and his username is definately not a typo. 'teh' is used sometimes as a way of writing 'the' by gamers. I think it originated as simply being a common typo when people were typing fast in a game (to not miss out on the action). An alternate typo (more obviously used intentionally) is 't3h'.
