Negative, I get an Ebay heading, complete with Ebay icon. Maybe that's just me, though. Also, I am pretty sure that DIGG thread is titled "Personal Bios", and was started about a week or two prior to the E|S war.

So, are we confronting DIGG in public about their hacking our forums at a time of war? They've also posted lots of those screenshots out of context, from the quick scan I've had of them, but I need time to go back and find the actual thread and have another read of it. I'm suiciding on Phil as we speak. The obvious thing to me is someone either hacked mine or Domhnall's accounts as we're showing as being online, my password is pretty hard to guess, what about yours Dom? This forum blocks access after 10 attempts so it would be hard to brute force hack. In response to the IK forums, about the MK5 etc, can I post this: I changed my password too in case you wondered!

Random Theory: 1. AMC. Hosted on DIGG forums. Is it possible that they could identify a user password there, and try it here? I see several names on that "technically possible" list that I know have accounts on diggik.com. Could be me then, I use the same password for most game sites and my AMC forum pass was the same as the one I use here, apologies for being so lax. It's now changed. Bastards.

Skulk, I prefer this statement...
I don't know if you guys think it's viable, but it seems the best option from a ruthlessly political tact standpoint.

I noticed that someone mentioned one of the tabs had "ratS" = "Star" = "Starrynight"?
Can someone give me a link to the screenshots so I can take a closer look?
Edit found them.
Edit2 if you find out who it is I hope you inform the police, script kiddies need to learn that this is not just a game but what they do is illegal and punishable by law.

Both you and Domhnall use the same date format, so we can't tell from that, unfortunatly. We can't be certain that this was the hole, so we still have to assume that Phil has access to these forums. However, I think we are making progress in discovering the possibilities of how he did it.

Can one of our software-guru's give us a synopsis of the software programs that are running in the toolbar on the screenshots?
Also, somebody may want to take a screenshot of those screenshots, in case they are editted/removed from the IK forums. It would be nice to have our own copy in that event.

The main problem is probably damage management; it would be obviously stupid to deny that the screenshots were taken on our forums. It'll hurt our image badly but if anything I'll just put it down to Black Ops. One of the bookmarks is titled "RTL Wiki" which I can't seem to find (has the same icon as two other bookmarks though). Upon using the good old Google engine you get links which refer to the "DokuWiki" - funny heh? Added; Actually I can see an easy way to get out of this... Natmus is in his own alliance right now, along with Aja the aparent co-conspiriator (as well as Matija). We could just say they were asked to leave after the full situation came back to light and we dealt with it... that way the image of Morkin cannot be tarnished as a whole. Or at least we can play the "Natmus hasn't sailed under the Morkin banner since mid-November" and just claim that the time discrepancy was as we discussed the situation in real life. I've already mentioned the first bit (since it is true even if unintentional) and alluded to the second point. Added2; in the mean time; and the future, we can continue to support Natmus since he's been such a good friend (and use that as an excuse). I wonder how much else the intruder took, hopefully not the entire database... (the DBS stuff was surely covered in multiple topics no?). Added3; They'll have had access to the Intelligence section as well Added4; It was probably the Skulkrinbait account; the screenshots show that the user exploited has Admin priveledges; domnhall is only classed as a 'Morkin Member' although for all I know that might go with virtually the same stuff.

(Password changed this morning.) Porcoddio!. I can't be sure, of course. I'd like to apologise if this is the case.
There are a number of passwords I use; I could have inadvertently used the one for here on IK.com forum.
I've been thru 5-6 passwords over there as I keep forgetting it.
The old pass was my initials (middle name included), birth-year, and a random letter.
The DBS incident was essentially a practical joke gone too far; fess up as such and spend from now til Christmas wrangling over compensation.

The DBS incident was essentially a practical joke gone too far; fess up as such and spend from now til Christmas wrangling over compensation. This might work, actually. Even by the screenshots they have, we only sent out a few attacks then handed the account on. Natmus getting carried away and having a bit of a laugh while under the influence of a bottle of wine works. We didn't do anything serious, no real damage was done, most of the alliance knew nothing about it till a few weeks ago. In fact only Natmus knew for sure it was him, and until that thread I thought we were innocent! So, we owe an apology to the original DBS, it was just a drunken prank gone wrong, blah de blah yadda.
