Well, I just wanted someone IN pantheon to suicide so that pantheon would be brought to war sooner than expected.
I'm not sure if size really matters, just the fact that Pantheon acted against DIGG after our suicides.
Suggestions?

I'll let Natmus/Arminius/Shendemiar make the call. They know the possibility I have in mind

Haha
Well, I don't even think Morkin wants to get involved in this matter.
All of this is just my doing I would say...and seeing as I am not in the alliance anymore I don't expect them to agree/support my actions.
But let them decide if they must.

We are not in any hurry... thats why we are called old dogs...

Well, yes. That is the idea. I've discussed it with Shendemiar earlier. I do, however, realize that I'm getting what I asked for and I don't expect anyone in Morkin to help me out (since none of you approved of my actions) or to even be accepted back in the alliance if I do survive my suicide. It would be selfish on my part and I don't want it to seem this way. I was fully aware that when I came into Morkin that this was a peaceful alliance and by breaking that...I've set myself apart. So I apologize for that. :/ I'm not an old dog...I'm a playful puppy...lol But anyway, I was asked to keep you guys updated and that is what I am doing. What has been posted here is what is generally happening around me and what I am doing to make the most damage/survive. No hard feelings if you guys decide to do something else. Like I said, I don't expect to be aided in any way...when I went off to play, I was fully aware of the consequences.

Slow? Its much harder to run an alliance...much harder to get everyones support....much harder to coordinate all aspects of diplomacy and warfare so that the alliance moves and acts as one....
I dont think we're slow. You cannot possibly compare how an alliance moves to the agility of a solo account.

I'll let Natmus/Arminius/Shendemiar make the call. They know the possibility I have in mind I think we will refuse to make the call, as we want to keep it away from any possible Morkin involvement. Not only do we need plausible denial on this one, we need to truthfully and categorically state that we had nothing to do with it, or had any knowledge of it. So that is it, we will not ask, and we will definitly not be told. If anyone tries to tell us about it we wil scream BAWAWAWAWAAWAAAAA until it's over.

A server crash the day Pantheon's ceasefire with DIGG expires? Only open-sessions (auto-refreshers) immune to the crash?
Maybe I'm paranoid, but the volumes of extremely computer-savvy folks within those mega-alliances never ceases to amaze me...

Are you saying that if you had a session open, you'd still be able to connect to the site?

Yes. Quite a few players have reported as much on the IK.com forum.

Brilliant ... so having a script continu ... continous ... all the time refreshing your session is a minimal security risk, but gives you an advantage in case of a log on meltdown like this. Has anyone (else) contacted the site administrators?

That would imply that there are two different databases, one for user accounts and one for the game itself. Which I think would be unlikely, thb.

Obviously you are right, but I have been very interested in why the IK servers have been using that daft session id for so long. It's not like it's safer than the alternatives and think about all the hacks that have been made in regards to HTTP_REFERER.
Anyway, I think it's interesting.

Has anyone (else) contacted the site administrators? Well, kampf used this "brilliant" idea, and apparently resulted in him failing to technically login for 30 days, and hence his account being deleted...
