Is no one else annoyed by him taking all the score 1 isles every night?

I take it you don't want him booting out of Luxor now then?

So, he uses his scripts to create a Top 10 account, then proceeds to sell them. Logical.
Easier to smash him when he's "in house" (i.e., Luxor) with a coordinated strike than to boot him and deal with the diplomacy of having him expelled elsewhere.
Of course, the Nemesis account is currently at 43 points (quick without aid, mind you), but the Oblivion is within DD. Worth discussing it with them?

We need to find inner consensus first, then we may talk to DD

AMC and MK-5 would be the other option, but we'd need more than just a naming scheme to gain their consensus...

I bet it (the AMC) is not going to work ever now that you are not trying to fix it anymore.

From sol...
Sadly, the investigation is going nowhere at the moment... But the matter is not forgotten. I'll post this to that thread as well.

Nemesis was originally a multi with a main account called "James"; his account was ~100 isles large and he had about the same number of other accounts. He mainly used other accounts to build stoners although I imagine he made cats and funded coloships with them too.
Having made quite a stupid mistake it became evident he was a multi, he then quite openly admitted his use of multiple accounts to his then current admins; myself and a player called Paranoia. His first mistake was to send stoners from his other accounts to newly colonised isles by the James account; nobody would notice if some small player hadn't sent cats with their fleet and colonised over him. The amusing bit is that the small player never even mentioned the stoner shipments to anyone but James wanted compensation for 'his' lost stoners.
Some time later a new player arose called Nemesis which expanded quickly; many suspected him to cheat (although his expansion was still slower than Grovers). Some players communicated with him in attempts to 'catch him out', it was during this time that he revealed he was the player formerly known as James. His original e-mail address used 'back in the day' was; jamescooper_@hotmail.com.
He spends alot of time online playing Guild Wars so perhaps that could at least help explain his zealous colonisation of Tsunami isles; although it really wouldn't surprise me if he did have multiple accounts and/or script. I've never known of a link between Steptoe and James except that James considered Steptoe to be a multi as well, which as most of you know was actually correct.

He's a multi.
Here's the story...
I had him delivered 5 cats from an "anonymous source". They arrived last night. Five (5) cats. Remember that part, it's important.
Then this morning, I had his island spied. I outsourced the work to a third party - unaffiliated player who I've used for similar work in the past.
This is what the espionage revealed...
So not only did he keep the Five cats sent to him (I expected they would be shipped off if he was a multi account), but in fact he received thirty (30) from somebody.
I find it far more likely that he is a multi than he purchased 30 cats with this immobile account.
Granted, I had a Luxor member sent 5 cats (working in conjunction with another skeptical member of the Quadvirant), and subsequently had him spied for suspicious activity with those 5 cats. Shame on me. Though this is the kind of "Intel Work" that I thoroughly enjoy in this game, and I work best when few questions are asked and I have a long leash to run my black ops.

Is there not a chance he was given those extra 30 catapults by the person who gave him those 1000 stoners (which fairly obviously weren't built on that isle).

Definately possible; but probable? I only dumped stoners on my brother's isles and never any catapults (with them being poor at defence and not so ubiquitous at the time).

This again doesn't prove anything...but I find it interesting and I wonder why, in the first place, the original Nemesis was accepted into FoM.
I was recently given access to a top 10 player account in the uk server. I'm playing with another person, and funny enough, this message was sent to me on that account:
So...I was thinking that maybe I can befriend ik.uk Nemesis with that account and somehow get him to reveal the truth. I do think it would be complicated though, because I haven't played the uk version in over a year and I need to figure out social politics there before I can get him to trust me...so dammit.
I also find it interesting that in our ingame forum, after McGoogus started posting individual points progress Nemesis posted the following:
Unfortunately, this proves NOTHING! So waaaaaaaaaaaaa!
