Making KoM more lively we could move more threads there. If you think (and you have checked that it has no sensitive info) some thread can be moved, PM me with the url to the thread. Everyone should find at least one thread for moving.

Maybe the whole Isles and Rulers area. It would save us having to re-introduce ourselves.

I think we should reduce or make Luxor's forum more concise - similar to Morkins forum, and move as much activity to KoM's forum (as we did when there was just the first two). There is very little contribution from KoM members, and most of it is due to the fact that they dont see anything, because nearly all comunications are passing through Luxor.
Luxor should be used only for very sensitive matter (things that you dont want to spread to KoM, or wish to pass through Luxor before submiting to KoM).
We need to at least captivate KoM's admins interest (Rapso and Fingal) to our alliance, and so we should post disputes, skirmishes and campaings there for them to join in. We (morkins) have learnt that we need to take some risk with strangers (as we did with FoM), and its the only way for us to really get to know eachother.
The database should probably be placed in its own seperate board.

Building on Inyati's line of thought, would it be favorable to give them limited access to the database?
For instance, allow them data entry, but not the ability to search it? It could allow for easier monitoring of their activities/contributions, as well as familiarizing them and getting them in the habit of using it for their potential promotion to Luxor.
My understanding is that they current have zero access whatsoever.

I thought they did have limited access? Oh well. For now at least I would advise keeping enough boards open to Luxor to post more sensitive information... again it's the trust thing. Luxor members have so far mostly 'proven' themselves, KoM members on the other hand have not.

I'd be alright with you moving my 'diplomatic' thread with goen over.
