As I just said on the other in-game forum, KoM is a way to gather decent players, not those who fled a fight. They're not mercenaries, but partly noobs (whom Fingal wants to help along, but needs protection--RobK had stolen an isle off him as he thought he was weak) and partly players whom we might want in the new FoM eventually, but didn't accept during the war due to closed recruitment. Yes, but who oversees the admission to such and alliance? Are they just under our wing but free to recruit who they wish, or do we controll the entry?

We should control entry. So far it's all been rather provisional and anarchic, due to circumstances. With the war almost finished we can look into it on more detail.

Splitting has benefits, but it will make some things more complicated.
The idea of making some trainees run the KoM is appealing to me, as we are lacking admin power i think. Testing admin abilities and picking the cherries to higher alliances is nice.
It maybe that it was summer and many of us were away, but i felt that we would have needed more adminpower... Theres just so many things to attend to and so few people doing it.

I would suggest we split after this weekend.

As far as KoM goes I'd be willing to take co-leadership with Fingal, as some of you may know I was in his alliance for a good year and co-admin'ed with him for around 7 months of that. As long as a good vetting process is put in place I believe KoM could be just an older version of FoM, near the beggining (and look at how we turned out).

It all seems a bit confusing at the moment; we've pretty much decided to split up, with the process even starting. My only questions are; who's moving and what (for those who need them) are the new passwords? I presume someone knows all this; I havn't been asked to move so I'm presuming I stay where I am?

Yes, all original members of FoM remain; the alliance is then renamed Luxor. Morkin2, where all the original Morkin members go back to will be renamed Morkin, and Corleth, where all the original Corleth members go back to, remains as is.

I think you can just exit the alliance and apply to Morkin?

When are all the corleth guys/gals moving back? As of this post there are still 74 members in Luxor.
Edit: Gender clarification
