AAHHHHH I found out the problem!!!! The island has the following name: "(4) S" follow by its coordinates - "(4:95:5)" The owner list his islands/colonies using a number between brackets (1)...... (2)...... etc. Hence it being listed with only a "4" and not "4:95:5" If I try out another island "(2) R (4:95:13)" it would have been listed as "2"

I know what you mean! But dont crack your head coding the problem. I´ll just edit it befor submitting the report. I´ll substitute the brackets with something else; eg. "4" or [4]!

Thanks! Phew!
If this type of thing happens a lot I'll need to think of a solution, but I'm not really having a good time so far coming up with one!

Wait and see. So far its just happend once, and the data base is nearing 50. For now its easier for peolple to edit the paste before submitting it. And its not asking a lot! The system is working great thus far, and its the least we can do to help out!

Thanks, glad it's working!
I've done some instructions and hope to get more tidying up work done over the next few days.

Could you add another feature? I´m currently maintaining data on the islands that I raid, and display the results in my personal page, but its getting too full of table codes. I´d prefere to use your utility and just list the island nº on my page. What I´d like to ask is if you could add a Field similar to the "Owner" and "alliance" field where I could put in the score of the island. It would be easier to compare the next time I visit the island if thescore has changed at all! Did I say please? No? Could you please....

Done, it works for me too, not that I am saying it is bug free or will work for anyone else who doesn't know implicitly what is going on behind the scenes

Could you do a page where you list all islands, ordered by ocean:subocean:island. Make the island name or coordinates a hyperlink to the island details?
It would be useful to be able to scan down to get some idea of where we are spying, what others have found etc.
furthermore, i suggest that you password protect the utility (one password for all of us would be fine, no need fo rone each). it will eventually crop up on google/yahoo...

Would anyone be interested in something to track what other alliances are doing?
What I was thinking of was a utility like the spying one that would take a players profile or an alliance memberlist, parse it and store the information. Assuming we can be bothered inputing the information, it should be able to catch events such as players leaving one alliance for another, building new colonies, stealing/losing colonies, changes in the rankings, etc.
Is it worth building?
