You only need 3 cats to take down a level 10 main house to level 1 I sent 12 cats at a Level 12 Stonewall the other week and did no attrition damage. I only took down the Stonewall despite there being excess catapult 'power' and low level buildings nearby. Doesn't excess catapult 'power' usually get spread out? I dont see how this can be solved with diplomacy. He has placed troops on the island with no way of removing them so any attempt to take the island will cost large amounts of troops. he has no right to diplomacy at this point. He should be attacked right now and without mercy. we should only decide which island we do not colo and bombard down to LVL 1.

Luckily for us its stoners though, they're much less efficient than spears and he's obviously spent resources on them rather than resources on spears

What kind of forces can we muster here? I have asked around and BigBlue himself cannot make a serious dent in the beginning of a strike... These are the offensive forces I have info about currently.
I have (and I only count those ships I can fill with fighters) 130 LWs + 20 SWs + 28 cats 60 LWs + 9 SWs + 10 cats 50 LWs + 10 SWs + 6 cats
Korba has about 200 LWs + 30 SWs + 35 cats and 3 smaller fleets like mine.
hmmn has about 200 LWs + 20 SWs + 60 cats but that's it - I don't think his second island is even up to standard yet.
Malin has about 120 LWs + 10 SWs + 30 cats.
Teris has about 130 LWs + 40 SWs + 30 cats.
And - correct me if I am wrong - attacking with 1 catapult equals about 50 stonethrowers, right? And about 25 spearfighters (offensive), 17 spearfighters (defensive) or 13 archers (offensive)? So 60 cats should equal about 3000 stonethrowers...
Currently it appears the defenses are like this: (2:69:14) 2000 STs, 800 SFs, 300 As, 7 Cs, 217 LWs, lvl 20 wall (74,786 defensive points) (2:60:9) 160 STs, 900 SFs, 7 Cs, 170 LWs, 6 SWs, lvl 0 (!) wall (47,650 defensive points) (2:60:3) 1900 STs, 40 SFs, lvl 9 wall (20,385 defensive points) (2:69:4) 1600 STs, 300 SFs, 10 SWs, lvl 2 wall (25,574 defensive points) (2:68:25) 2000 STs, 170 SFs, 20 LWs, lvl 1 wall (27,162 defensive points)
Any volunteers for specific targets?
EDIT: As far as I can see, the most powerful of the forces listed above only reaches about 72,000 offensive points.

I think the best way to do it would be to pick the three highest scoring isles and allocate one to each of our alliances. we divide the attacks against each isle between our members and flatten the isle, or if anyone wants to colo in ocean 2 let them take it. that way none of us are taking huge losses for isles that we dont really want. On another note how did big blue get a 1000 point isle without any defense at all ? and what are his fleets like on any remaining isles ? i find it more worrying that he can't defend himself than linkin taking isles from us. If he was in any other alliance we would be saying its his own fault ( This happened in valheru recently )

thats about 50,000 attack points. 30-32 hour attack time but I won't be at home until 16 hours from this post. skulks can sit in on my account if you need ships sent. 3 cats in queue

I'm building a colo ship nearby. I'll take on one of the isles if this is okay. Don't know though if I could manage one of the larger ones though.

There was a small defense on the island - which he took from Tyrant during the Tyrant campaign. He spent almost all of his forces taking it down, as I understand it and barely had enough to escort the colonyship afterwards. And then he focused on getting it rebuilt rather than protecting it.
I myself have not protected my more recent colonies sufficiently, something I am rectifying right now.
Anyway, looking at the map, I see that FoM has a couple of members in the vicinity, most notably Chapekaloco, Nemesis and RockLobster. Morkin has Guinthefey and The_Lith in the area and Corleth has Ashimar (probably an old Tyrant island as well). Does any of these want to colonise an island? I am very far away but my colonyship has to travel 12+ hours anyway, if they want to get an unruled island...
