I think taking out Ty.rant is going to be costly, so the more the merrier. We have to colonise his main, at least, and take out all those extra accounts as well.

If our alliance declares war on Tyrant, then I will attack until he is destroyed.
If this is a personal vendetta against him, then I will stay out of it.

I don't think there is anything personal in this other than that he is a multi.
Elite would be more than happy for him to be destroyed, they concurred that the evidence was pretty damning.
I won't be colonising his isles but consider my small fleet at your disposal, within the week it should hopefully be almost 3x its current size.

I dont disagree nor agree with this, but we all really need to have the capability to do things like this.

Thing is, Ty.rant is getting stronger as well. Much stronger, so the sooner we act the better.

Acting sooner than later is better.
What were his crimes again? Can we have a brief conclusion, so everyone can read it easily?

I agree with action sooner rather than later but he's already quite strong. I also got the below mail, so it's now official, Tyrant - 2:79:7 is fair game for all. Elite won't be attacking themselves as they want to keep their fleets in tact.

cov 8 minutes ago Tyrant - 2:79:7 fingal; halko; bigcov; eproxy
Hi all.
[elite] admin had Tyrant - 2:79:7 on a 1 week probation period as he was a suspected cheat, however we felt it was fair that he had a chance.
Within the week, there was evidence that he had assistance from his "ex multi" accounts, and as far as the elite admin we're concerned, that is a negative!!! He's been kicked.
If anyone wants to take action against him, feel free to. He's nothing to do with us now.
Thanks to all those that helped us in reaching our decision.
Many thanks
[elite] admins.
========================
As for a quick summary I think the mail I initially sent Fingal should do;
Two attacks (one each from cole_10 and death_eater) hit and cleared the isle of daffy a day or two ago. Then, quite soon after the last attack (within an hour) Tyrants large 94LW fleet hit and raided the isle. Please also bear in mind the previous two attackers sent no merchant ships and have not attacked again.
Daffy then recieved a message from Tyrant (which I believe to be a cover for those watching his account); "Where is your army? Did you move when I attacked... I dont want to have to clear it again. But, I thought you were inactive.. Hmmms" There is little probabilty that he though him inactive, especially not with the units he had (Tyrant obviously spied and knew what the isle had).
The two isles of death_eater and cole_10 are identically developed (a script perhaps). It was also discovered that the original owner of the death_eater .COM account sold it to gorai (Tyrant on .COM).
He is therefore suspected of gaining advantage from multiple accounts which he himself runs. Obivously one cannot get any 'solid' evidence on IK but we can always get pretty conclusive stuff. Combine this with his uncannily large fleet and large number of isles and perhaps we know how he does it.
Interestingly I heard he was hoping to colonise another couple of isles in a day or two.

Nice of Elite letting everyone else do their dirty work for them. I think we should stir things up a bit and see if Tyrant might want to take a swipe at the alliance that booted him out, why should they get to build up their fleets while others potentially lose theirs?
After all, they harboured a suspected multi.

If natmus and aja hadnt started this off i dont believe for a minute that elite would have kicked him, theyve known he was cheating for a long time and yet he only gets kicked when other players are going to make a stand over it. i personally think tyrant/gorai will turn up again later in the game, on another account back with his friends in elite and doing the same thing again.

Yes, yes, it is Machiavelli here ;D
Let's see what he says next.
But on a sidenote, I too am not too sure we should take it upon us to waste fleets on this. He's not giving me any trouble and quite frankly he strikes me as a weed and you know the saying about how weeds are indestructible. The argument that we need to take him out just because he's still within reach is in my opinion invalid because who's to say he won't just start again, do the same things all over again, but under different names. Once more I see him in that scenario rise to power rather quickly and then what will we have gained ? The moral highgrounds ?!? And meanwhile Elite blows us down.

lol he's a multi because he's cheating, lying scum, nothing to do with friends clearing isles for him. i agree with ashimar that its impossible to stop him doing exactly the same thing again, the trouble is its people like tyrant that ruin this game, i dont mind a fair fight against someone, im a defensive player and i make sure its expensive for someone to come and get me ( too long playing ogame ;-) ) but against someone like tyrant thats no good, he can afford to waste entire fleets from multi accounts and then reap the rewards on his main account. It should be interesting to see what happens now elite have admitted hes cheating, they cant take him back now so i say he's their problem.

Tyrant is strong yes. And he does have a nice big fleet too! I like Ashimar's intentions on guiding him towards Elite. He seems like a rash, aggresive angry young man! And these people are easy to manipulate. Think of him as a bull, and put a red flag on Elite, see what happens!
