Yes, to indicate that it is a sentence adverb and not a post-modifier of 'education'. Perhaps you can leave it out, but it also shows that it's more of an afterthought blah blah blah nobody's reading this anyway blah, blah. |

I'll join the grammar squad. You should hear the bad grammar of some preachers. Drives me up the wall. If you're public speaking, you'd think the very least is that you could be good at it!
Wait... do I get a special badge for the grammar squad? What would it look like? A nerd pushing up his glasses? hmmm, the possibilities.
