Given that all members of SoH seems to have left it, and the only member seems to be a dummy accout, I move that we discontinue our pact with him.

GoW-Phoenix-FOIMP-Pantheon seniormost leadership is in talks about bringing Pantheon into the Tripod. Pantheon has been running into the same kind of colo disputes with DIGG that Luxor has recently. DIGG's diplomat corps is taxed, diminished (one of their finest recently resigned) and having stop-gaps being filled by arrogant young players. The Tripod's selling point is that the four of them together are what it may take to curb DIGG hubris. Being snubbed for a Pact, and with intensifying colo disputes that are not being satisfactorily settled with DIGG, Pantheon is looking to the Tripod for their primary Pact. Just one of many upcoming "insights" that you didn't hear from me

I think I said it somewhere before, Digg in it's present state cannot stay in one piece forever, and now that the ones who have pulled it together from the start are letting go, stopping or moving out, we are going to see a day where indeed an alliance of Digg (hubris) resenters will manage to be the cause of a blow up.

Maybe we should make Pcats with people rather than with alliances....

The wind will soon blow in a different direction; I wonder where we'll end up.

If Morkin stands united and remains fixed on it's principles, I have no doubt that we will continue to see success.
*"We" is a strange thing when referring to Morkin & Co.! Still going to have to get used to it...

But it seems that lately the people we don't like have been getting more bloodthirsty. The practical elimination of E|S seems to have made all the non-German players much more bloodthirsty, as they try to become the next great power. The race for the few available free isles are becoming closer, and cases like CC and stealthycow makes me think we are looking at a series of fights against 'pirates'. We can't be the sole policeman of this server if DIGG breaks up or takes another direction.
I'm worried about the future, both for the server in gneral and us and our role in particular.

Rather apocalyptic. A bit like real life, really...

I wouldn't want to view ourselves as policemen, but perhaps as a haven. If indeed the server turns apocalyptic on us, then true 'world war' would break out, and simply by defending our turf, and those who wish to grow and build would form an interesting niche. A 'green zone' if you will.
