Hi guys, You might be wondering what the single fleet ships are doing going to all of your planets outside of the Midnight quadrant. I've sent a ship so that if you are attacked, I will automatically be brought into the war as a "victim" and therefore be able to retaliate for 24 hours, without worrying about the 60% rule. My only worry is that would be attackers may get the "Warning of doom" if the presence of my ships is picked up. I hope this is clear. My plan is that any likely attackers (Marton/Monkeys) etc will not notice a small fleet like mine. Then they will attack your planet, but unwittingly bring me into the war and then I can go wild for 24 hours Comments/problems gratefully received

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings From Creators Hour 21:46.53 <ORBot> Black-Company asked : If player A sends a fleet to help player B that is under attack by player C and player C is outside player As 60% range, does player C become a valid target for player A for 24 Hrs? 21:47.49 <AthenaOfDelphi> Do you mean Player C is too big to attack A normally? 21:48.32 <Black-Company> sorry no Player A is very large B and C are much smaller 21:48.40 <Spirit> no 21:48.54 <Spirit> unless it's your planet being hit 21:49.05 <Spirit> you will not get the waiver 21:49.52 <Spirit> ok with that hun ? 21:50.01 <Black-Company> yes thanks I think this means that the owner of the planet may respond even if the attacker is outside the 60% but anyone defending will not be able to

Or, if I'm already there and Marton attacks you, will he not also attack me and then I can retaliate just as if Marton attacked me directly? I guess what I'm asking is are the two examples the same? (To be honest the rules are as clear as mud so who knows?) Thanks for taking the time though Velvet-winged ally

Good idea though, no harm in trying it just to make sure, the creators might be wrong!

Yeah. I'll leave the ships there for the time being.
