Your tanks won't do anything - they attack other ground units. The cyborgs shouuld be wearing down the PDS (12 damage per cyborg, laser towers about 1000 armour - should be falling over soon) I'm interested about the Dragon not attcking for two ticks - it would confirm the "one target per tick" theory if another PDS is knocked out next tick. I tried to work targets and ticks out in the Space combat thread. I'm still not sure if I understand it at all.

Cyborgs have attack order too, where PDS is second by default. I havent changed that, i dont even know where from.

Well, next tick is important to see what happens...
Did any of your attacking units have >1 shots per tick?
If yes it would seem that all shots per tick are aimed at one class and then next tick all shots go against the other class etc.
