Right - it's done. I'm invading Freezz and thereby bringing the Imp directly into the war (if the Himack attack didn't already do so)
I'll hit at 4.00am GMT and invade for 6 hours.
At best we get a planet and no real comeback as it's taken him by surprise and he wants to defend what he's got elsewhere.
Or he launches a counter-attack that we all have to defend against
Worst case - the fleet(s) he sends to deal with me are so huge that I withdraw back to Midnight and defend from there. He can't attack any of you guys because of the 60% rule so we might do well here...

You will lose your protection from bigger players for 24 hours - that's all Are you sure? Or is some form of ship destruction expected as well? Well, bollocks to it. They've gone now. I need some action anyway, goddammit!

As far as I understand it the 60% rule is a as follows I attack some with less than 60% of my score then my bullying tactics result in "automatic" ship loss and score loss (whether any of the ships survive is unknown) I attack a planet that is 60% greater than my score and my heroic deeds enable the larger attacked player (and any allies? ?) to take revenge for a period of 24 hours - this will of course be repeated if I, the weaker player launch subsequent attacks.

Aaaah, so ships are in danger ONLY if we attack WEAKER opponents? Why didn't you say so before? ;D Grrrah! To war!

Bah, problem! It's giving me an ETA of 6 hrs before we arrive, I checked it earlier and it was 5 hrs, must be some kind of error, probably mine. Still, I'm launching and will hopefully have a new planet by tomorrow, I can't delay orders for fleets not at their home planet, wont let me. Should be a nice report to read - On my own I've committed over 3,000 ships and I know my fleets aren't the biggest!

I'd better recall my guys then - they are due one last attack at the next tick. Mind it probably won't happen if its a Tag one........

There are no now enemy forces on Hallow at all but I don't have control of the planet - what do I need to do?

d**n! I used "attack" rather than "invade" orders - anyone want an open planet?
I'm sending one force back to the nearest planet so they can come back and invade, that's stupid!
It's 12 hours round trip for my cybrogs and tanks which are sat on the empty planet, stupid game.

So I guess it's over, without me seeing any action. Are there any other plans in this quadrant, or do I recall my fleet?

Excellent work, m8s!
Don't worry about waiting for 12 hours - now I can help. Just do that round trip.

As a future tactic. Farming the planets out once successfully invaded to lower score players ie Me, means that they will not be able to retake it due to the 60% rule
I have cyborgs and Transports available

OK, I'm taking the planet. Later I can abandon it and let Dave (or someone else) take it.
Leech attempt ETA 2 hrs, invasion ETA 4 hrs.
