Use the player to player trade again. Someone sell 100k Si @ 1 crystal per K and then Robert sell 100k Al @1 crystal per k.
Trading time is only 5 hours I think.

But trying many times, i was able to buy 5000, bit not twice...

Ok its just that the buying selling is as confusing as it could be... The order of buttons you press sents you do different pages...
Anyways, i put 100 of alu on sale for 1 each

Yep, its not easy to navigate in the trade section...
First you need to click Player/Trader Trading and then buy or something like that... i can fonfirm its still for sale.

I found it now, after doing exactly the same as I did last time and not seeing it. However there is a tad of a problem, it says you're selling 100k of Aluminium but you only have 28k or so available.............  |

Strange
It said that there was 100k of aluminium with 7960 (ish) in stock, when I tried to buy 1 unit it reduced the 100k to 99k so 1 unit is 1k - I tried to buy 99k to make a 100k and it said there isn't enough in stock.
I can't tell if this is your stock of aluminium or not, it doesn't say where it is or anything, has your stock gone down by 1k?
