I hope I'm not the only one that has noticed that there is an opportunity to make money from producing Weapons Cyborgs and ships to sell the traders and with the proceeds buying even more resources to produce even more Weapons Cyborgs and ships to sell the traders and with the proceeds buying even more resources to produce even more Weapons Cyborgs and ships and on and on ad infinitum
I've found Pulse Lasers to yield the most profit even though I can produce Disruptor Canons

I've got a spreadsheet at work (but am on holiday for a week), that calculates it based on
resource cost in crystals for resources required to produce 1 unit
how many units a factory produces per hour
against sell price to traders
I'll make another at home but wouldn't have the foggiest how to put it on the forum
It would also be a great help if someone could post the sale prices of all Weapons to traders
as I can only get details on ones I can produce

Looks like they've put a stop to this by removing Silica from the traders

I suspect the update mentioned in the creators hour thread is to address this loop hole
That is unless someone has bought all Silica from the traders

I've got 10 Weapons factories, the capacity upgrade and improvement
in 5 Hrs can convert
Silica 100000 Aluminium 62500 Uranium 50000 Kalamite 32500
at a cost of 1017 Ka Cr from traders (before they pulled Silica off the market)
into 500 Pulse Lasers which can be sold for 2500 Ka Cr
1500 Ka Cr profit .
