Focus more on stonewall now and more spearfighters with shield 10. We need to aim for 200, then 400, 500 and 1000 of them. I am producing non stop but 40 minutes per spear is long.

Agreed, been upgrading my spear and shield to max - should be there in about 10 hours. Also the above figures didn't include 30 - 40 of stone tossers and spears out on raids. However I am in future only going to send archers out on the assumption that I need offense power for raids.

OK
My first colony ship should be good to go by tomorrow night. Any thoughtson where I should put it? Should I go for my neighbouring free island, to develop for quick resource development and military largesse, or should I go for something more strategic for the alliance?

I was thinking about that; there's a free one 20mins away from me (15:27:10 - please don't use that one!) Should be fast with transport back and forth, and defence... |

We need to put an FAQ for this thing...
Somewhere where you can support it easily is the first choice IMHO. (either close to your main isle for quick transportations of goods, or somewhere where raiding will be profitable).

or somewhere where raiding will be profitable. I've been looking for that for ages! Any island in my neighbourhood (even a few hours away) is either occupied or devoid of all resources. Too many bleeding pirates around! That's what I like about multis... but Raul's list is getting shorter  |
