Here's the brief changelog: - new Options form, for setting options (duh!) - option to autosave M/MU map script along with SQL script - MMU file format has changed. Now it's a php script. Loading of this new format does not yet work, so be warned - [X,Y] coordinates can be inverted into [Y,X] in description window - option to autocheck all M/MU options in SQL export - domain names are fully editable via domain editor, and can be seen in description window and domain statistics form - option for selecting current value or last entered value for descriptions/domains - terrain toolwindow is introduced, for easier terrain painting - domains can be exported thru SQL script along with a map (in a same script) - some cosmetical changes and bugfixes As always, you know where to get it: Lair of the Dragonlord

Iggy, The new version is great. I may have to implement that GD stuff for you now! One more thought - how about a "Do you want to save the current project" when closing the application? Just in case someone is halfway through designing a map and acciedentally choses to exit without first saving.

Yes, please, some of us have a memory similar to the birdwinged butterfly of queen Alexandra: very colourful, happily flying here and there, but nowadays, alas, almost completely extinct. (I know I didn't get it completely right - please, correct me if you have the book at hand)

MMF format (M/MU map file) cannot be read yet, since I have not yet implemented parsing through the new php script format. UPF format (UniMapGen project file) have changed, but is fully readable/writeable.

Iggy,
Just did a quick check one some output and found a small problem. If you check "strip frozen wastes border", the SQL correctly drops those insert statements but the .mmf text file does not. They need to be in synch otherwise all location descriptions will be off by one row and one column!

They need to be in synch otherwise all location descriptions will be off by one row and one column! You're right, I missed that. Sorry for that, it will be corrected asap. Btw, some info about next release, v2.64: - I'm now using PNG instead of BMP for actual terrain, so resource DLL is now more that 10 times smaller (it was compressed before, now it's not!)
- OnCloseQuery is implemented, so if project was changed in any way (painting, filling, editing,...) and is not saved, program will ask to do so
- "New blank project" command will basically revert everything back to the beggining as it was when program was started (is this useful in any way?) and ask for saving the previously created/opened project
- M/MU Map format no longer has a .MMF extension. I've changed it to (much more appropriate) .PHP
- reading of M/MU format now works as expected, although people shouldn't manually change script's content if they want it to be readable by UMG
- if you didn't notice that before: domain 0 is no longer considered special. Undefined domain's color value is clNone (not black!) and the domain name is blank. Program now checks domain's name, not color, to see if it's assigned.
That's it for now. New version will be out today or tomorrow, when I correct few bugs.
