Such lame questions. I thought they were aware this is a war game, or at least they claim it is.

Do I reply and say we had a democratic vote and decided that Gibbon was most in need of our help to quit the game and go back to his life.

After all we may destroy this guys islands but God forbid we appear rude.

Their members have attacked our member davidjwest without any provocation before, and they started massive espionage vs our isles, so it's retaliation time. Haven't we discussed this before? I am sure we did...

I think it's up to everybody to open mails from Raul and any other, and reply as they will. I don't think it matters much.

I logged onto Frei's account, and he has attacks coming in from 3 of Matt's isles, probably big attacks too, as Matt is a very old IK account.

I'm not bothering answering my mails, for one. Just a waste of time, instead I write nice goodbyes to the nice people I have met during this game. And sending my merchant fleets around to guard them from sudden attacks during the night.

Yes, of course. We will do what we can and then we will be returning to our homeland :-)

We all started with 0 scores in the end of June and managed to get to the top-50 in 4 months without losing one member and without starting any hostility ourselves. Our goal in this game is fulfilled, and I hope we will leave some good name to some friends.

You certainly brought some interesting challenges with you and a serpent...

I got a message from Raul and simply (though politely)said he deserved it. I added, cinicaly, that it was in our hopes that he should learn something from all this...!The truth is that I hope he will be deprived of any learning in his life;D!
I didn't mention Gibbon's name...

I have had quite a night. Archibald_the_Grim's account I used to launch over 40 merchants to attck 24 seven, matt, jayrosie, gingersi and razor_light. Then I sent forth the suicide fleet of Archibald aimed at a score 544 sialnd owned by Matt. Mantaray got away by an inch...

I answered both Raul's and Lord of Chaos' message. The latter got a rather extensive one as he is the one who conveyed to me the message that Gibbon and co were willing to pay Mads that symbolic war reparation both only if we would saty out of the next war (with our ally R|M) which we declined ofcourse !
Raul got a nondescript but polite reply. No need to step on his toes right now, we have Mads to do that... ;D

Also a response from Donkey. He seems feisty as proven by the message header Bring IT which probably means something like donate me some italian trousers.

Oh, this is so great

Basically the replies I send out state that it's wise of the top20 alliance E~L to call on all the help they can get against an alliance struggling to stay in the top50. With the allies fighting on their side, perhaps then we will have a fair fight, as E~L surely wouldn't stand a chance on their own.

If we are going down, I want to firmly establish how many big alliances it took, and how small we were.
