OK, Guinevere, Shirak and Orvindor are the main attackers, BUT they need a mentor and organiser of the attack.
Can any Targ or Skulkrin assist them please, asap?
Job description is to coordinate the attacks (make sure that all members know what to do and when, how many waves there would be etc).
It's a small isle, so it just needs a bit of planning, and I am sure Jenny and her crew will have no trouble.

If they insist, but wouldn't they have more fun figuring it out for themselves? I mean, much of the fun about games like this is figuring out how the game works, and thus how you go about playing it. Just being told what to do can't be much fun, or that's my opinion at least.

Yes, it's only a small island, and probably not much can go wrong.
And if we're attacking DL on all islands she'll have other worries than to hit back there.

Okay. The first wave. Is that the small warships and the large warships that we don't need for cats? What's the best composition of troops and do I have to arrange that they all arrive at the exact same second? Oh yes, and do I send merchants or just leave the stuff there for the colony ship.

The second wave is large warships with cats. Is it just the stonewall and main house that's targeted? Is there a danger in sending too many. Would we be better off building warships rather than cats. I have 16 at present and Shirak has some too.

What's the best composition of troops and do I have to arrange that they all arrive at the exact same second? You can send cats initially, to take out the stone wall. Use as much offenive power as possible, ie archers. Timing doesn't matter too much, as each attack counts separately. Even the same second wouldn't make a difference. Use the battle calculator to work out how much you need, once her strength is known.

The third is the colonisation ship. Should I wait for news of the attack or time it to arrive immediately after the cats.

The third is the colonisation ship. Should I wait for news of the attack or time it to arrive immediately after the cats. What matters is how fast she can rebuild the Main House to level 2 and thus render the island un-colonisable. Taking into consideration that the time we will attack is a time when she is expected to be offline this seems not to be a problem. Moreover, if the previous waves have destroyed her storehouse and resource generators, then even if she is online she might not be able to build the house. For that reason it is a good idea to accompany the colonisation ship with an offensive force complete with merchants in order to plunder away what is left. Of course if you time the attack in such a way that she doens't have time to build the house, even if she is online and has the resources, that's even better!

Bear in mind colonisation is a 50/50 affair, Ishmalay withstood FOUR attempts before it succumbed to colonisation. Luckily for the coloniser I wasn't online during the first 3 waves or I could have built my main house back up a level (it takes just over an hour for level 2)

I will add the advice to bring a handfull (or 8) cats on the fleet bringing the colony ship. Remember to target the main house with these too. It is possible to use cats to bring the main house to level 1 and colonise an isle with the very same fleet all at once.
So even if new levels of main house is built, or the first attack didn't take all the levels off, there's a good chance the colony ship's fleet will take care of this.
I may even have a couple of spare cats you can use for this later fleet, let me know if you want to borrow them.

Jenny, my navy is available for your use, but I will not be around to actually give the orders. Soiram has my password, but if you want, I can pm it to you so you can coordinate attacks better. My forces at the moment are 14 catapults, 30 LW, 85 SW, 130 Archers, 250 Spearmen, but I'm working on it.

I have 17 cats at the moment. Think the biggest danger is that I'll destroy everything on the island. So yes thanks I'll manage your navy for you. I'm taking Tuesday off for this glorious battle.
