I think that we may have hit some kind of bandwidth limit. For the next release, I'll make sure the icemark server gets updated. Just too much to do at the moment!

Strange really, as they've upgraded their version of MySQL and PHP, so if anything it should be a little quicker. Unless they've reallocated sites differently and MU has been put on a server that is shared with a heavyily-hit site.

Yes. I have been seeing it both when trying to access the homepage and even in-site, where the user count normally appears.

You should have seen the difference in speed when using FTP to get the site form UKLinux and then upload it to the Icemark. Very noticeable. Also, it seems that the Too many connections bug has been resolved (hope that I haven't jinxed the site!) |
