Who would like the script emailed to them? Me too. I'm no PHP expert, but maybe I'll spot something in the algorithm anyway. I'm reasonably familiar with OOP though, as Python is very much object oriented.

I think, Jean-Yves, that by now we can concur in affirming our generalized zborgalism at this wonderful release. Looks like a new game Loved Rachel's thing, btw ;D No, it's not what it seems! Man, I cannot sleep!

ok, i'll send it out tomorrow. (files on this pc are about 3 versions out of date - loks very quaint running such an old version
i'll need to write up some short notes to cover a few fundamentals, and i'll include the class definitions too for the huge object model (3 classes, no inheritance - woohoo! a long way (down) from my Smalltalk days!)

Sent. If I have missed you out, let me know.
Also, as specified in the email, there is a bug in the script when lords fight alongside allies. Looking into that.

Looks like my copy got lost - not surprising considering the hassles uklinux has been having. Could you please resend, and cc it to bill<_underscore_>hoggett<_at_>lineone<_dot_>net? Cheers.

I got my copy last night, with a 5 hour delay between it being sent and me recieving it. I am unable to determine if it is my ISP's mailserver or Yahoo UK's mailservers who are responsible for the delay.

Feel free to post comments about it here, so that others can comment on the comments, so to speak.
I can take it. I'm sure that I can...

Got mine too. The uklinux.net account's gone to sleep again, but the lineone.net received it OK (along with the several hundred daily spams that tend to fill up that perticular mailbox, which makes my earlier precaution somewhat silly)
I think we can safely assume everything is NOT hunky-dory at uklinux.net, despite the current status report.
