The server is currently down while a new power generator is being installed in the building it is located in.
All services will be down until rougly 4-5PM EST (GMT +5)

and that gmt should be -5, (not +5 as they most definitely are NOT in USSR nor india etc...)

I gather one end of the pass is near Tujarg, but I have no idea where it goes. I haven't had a chance to thoroughly investigate that area yet.
